Returns

According to the European laws on consumer rights customers buying online have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the item without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the purchased item. To meet the expectations of our customers, our shop extends statutory law and offers a 30-day policy of withdrawal from the purchase contract for any reason.

  1. The customer may return the order within 30 days from the date of its receipt (delivery by courier) without giving a reason. If the order includes many items delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the return time is counted from the date of receipt of the last item from the order.
  2. The customer is obliged to inform us in writing, by e-mail or using the contact form available on the Order Summary page about the willingness to make a return. Please do not return the goods until you have received from us the return form and the address to which the returned item should be sent. Please note that the goods do not always return to the place from which they were sent.
  3. After receiving the return form, the customer has 14 days to return the item.
  4. The customer bears the cost of the returned item. We do not accept COD returns and are not responsible for the costs associated with such shipments. Returned goods must be verified by our employees before starting the refund procedure.
  5. In accordance with the law, the customer is obliged to return the product in a condition not exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature of the product, as well as its characteristics and functioning. The customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the item is found to have been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature of the product, the value is reduced by the amount constituting the cost of bringing the goods to factory condition.
  6. We kindly ask you to properly protect the product so that it is not damaged during transport and, if possible, send it back in its original packaging. The Customer is responsible for the proper shipment and protection of the goods.
  7. We do not accept returns if the item shows signs of use, damage or assembly by the customer.
  8. The refund for the returned item will be made in the form of payment in which the item was paid. 
  9. The refund will be made up to 14 days after receipt of the return of the goods. For orders delivered to the address in the EU, the refund will include delivery cost, except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest delivery we offer to your location.
  10. Refusal to collect the shipment, failure to collect the shipment on time, or failure to deliver the shipment due to an incorrect address provided by the customer in the order is NOT considered a return of the order. In such cases, our company is charged by the carrier for return shipping costs: €20 for parcels shipped within the European Union and €50 for parcels shipped outside the European Union. In this case, the amount of refund will be reduced by the costs of return. 
  11. Information for customers located outside the European Union (orders delivered outside the EU): If the customer refuses to accept the shipment because of additional charges imposed on the shipment, such as customs, tax and/or import duties, these charges are transferred to the sender and the shipment is destroyed by customs. In these situations, the customer will not receive a refund.
  12. Any additional information on the reason for the return would be appreciated.
  13. It is possible to extend the return period from 30 days to 90 days for a fee. When placing an order, the customer has the option to order the "Extended Return Service". The cost of such a service is shown on the checkout page.

Extended return service (90 days to return the item)

We know that buying goods online is not easy and convenient. Therefore, we offer a paid service to extend the return period from 30 days to 90 days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods. In case of returning the goods, the service fee is not returned.

Exchange of mismatched goods

If the purchased goods have been selected by our customer support incorrectly, please inform us immediately. WE EXCHANGE GOODS FOR ANOTHER as soon as possible (if the goods you received do not show any signs of use/assembly). We will collect the goods from the customer or (if possible) will send the return label so the customers can return the goods themself. After receiving the return we will send new goods at our expense. The exchange of goods will be made in accordance with the availability of the products in our shop. In the absence of goods for exchange we will refund the money.

In the event of returning the goods without adequate protection against damage, having traces of assembly/use or damaged by the customer, the goods will be re-sent at the recipient's cost by a courier.

Warning! If the goods did not fit because the customer modified the vehicle (factory or stand alone), the purchased item will be replaced with a matching one, however, the customer will be obliged to cover the costs of re-shipping the new item.

Exchange of mismatched goods can be done within 30 days of delivery (or 90 days if you have purchased the extended return service). After this time the goods cannot be replaced.

Missing items or wrong product sent

Before accepting the package, check that the packaging is not damaged or has not been opened. If you are concerned that the contents of the package may be stolen, be sure to fill the report during collection in the presence of the person who delivered the package.

If you received the wrong item or there are items missing, take a clear picture of the outer packaging, visible shipping labels and the received item, then contact us. In the message, attach photos and the order number or email address used for the order.

Goods damaged during transport

If the product arrives damaged or does not work, please contact us immediately. Along with the message, please send a clear photo or video of the damaged product and outer packaging. Use good lighting and take a close photo so that we can identify and verify the problem(s). We will exchange the item for a new one or refund you the money.
