Description

ATTENTION! In order to make this emulator we need VIN of your car and a photo of wires in your car's connector. Please take the photo from a similar angle as we presented on Photo 2. We need to clearly see which wire goes into which hole of the connector. Mercedes very often changes positions of the wires. Emulator needs to have wires in the same positions as in your car. Please contact us before or after purchase and provide VIN and photo so we could proceed with your order. Without these information we are not able to ship the emulator.

The emulator is a diagnostic device designed to verify the correctness of the car's electrical installation after removing the seat. The emulator sends signals of all sensors installed in the seat. It can be useful if you are planning to replace the original seat with a sport/bucket seat (like Recaro). To make the emulator work, you need a diagnostic scanner (such as Autel, Bosch, iCarsoft, etc.) to remove the old fault codes that are stored in the ECU after removing the original seat. Once you connect the emulator, your diagnostic scanner will be able to remove old errors and turn off warnings on the dashboard. The emulator is intended for diagnostic use only. The emulator is not a factory device. It should not be used as a substitute for an original seat. After performing the diagnosis, you should disconnect the emulator and reconnect the original seat.

Important information

• The emulator is safe for your car's electrical system and does not require cutting and soldering wires. After connecting it, you can disconnect it from your car at any time and safely reconnect the original seat, restoring the electrical system to its original state. Do NOT cut the wires! The emulator will not work with cut wires.

• Never disconnect the battery to clear the warnings, fault codes or to connect the emulator. The SRS/Airbag Control Unit usually loses its settings after disconnecting the battery, and it will require restoring the settings to the original state (which is not easy).

2. What is the delivery time to my country and why it is estimated?

Delivery time depends on your exact location and delivery method you select in the checkout. Remote areas and islands usuaylly have a little longer delivery time. Delivery time is estimated because once the order leaves our warehouse, the delivery time may be affected by many factors that are beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, public holidays in the country of destination, border situation in transit countries, operational delays of the carrier, etc.). Delivery time presented in the delivery methods is counted in working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of delivery.

3. Do you offer free shipping? When I added the item to the cart your website showed me that the shipping will be free but in the checkout page it showed me that I have to pay for shipping.

No, we do not offer free shippings. Sorry :( You have seen the information about free shipping because your browser is in "Private Mode" or you use VPN or other software that masks you IP address. Our website could not determine which country are you from until you selected your country in the checkout page.
